For orders within UK, Europe and Serbia duties and taxes are not included and paid for by the receiver at time of delivery (or at a later date depending on circumstances and courier’s policy). These duties and taxes are not reflected in the prices on Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the courier that delivers your package.

For the safety of your package, signature will be required upon delivery.

For your convenience, you will be advised in the header section of whether we ship to your country. Please note that this information is based on the IP address of the country you are located in while making your online order at Ultimately, ANDAJ will ship your order to the address and country you provide in your online order at the check-out page.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from ANDAJ, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and brokerage fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to ANDAJ. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase refund.

Courier Providers
ANDAJ uses several courier providers as third party companies, to ship all orders. The courier provider used depends on the country the order is being shipping to, and may be one of the following: UPS, FedEx, DHL or Post Express. ANDAJ reserves the right to select the courier provider being used for the shipment of all online orders.

Shipping for UK, Europe and Serbia
All online orders for UK and Europe ship from the ANDAJ Showroom, located in London, UK. All online orders for Serbia ship from the ANDAJ Show, located in Belgrade, Serbia. Rates and delivery options vary from province to province based on the remoteness and therefore limited delivery service to that particular province/territory.

For online orders, you will have the option of selecting your preferred shipping method at the check-out page.

NOTE: Items which may experience a sudden increase in demand, on backorder, may have a delay in delivery by up to 6 months. In such instances, we will notify you via email. 

Order Processing Time
Orders received Monday through Friday (excluding the holiday and peak seasons) are typically processed within 1-3 business days, when the item ordered is in-stock. Despite our best efforts, some discrepancy may exist between the inventory and our actual inventory. Should the ordered item originally thought to be in-stock actually be out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail of the available options.

Backorders, special orders and pre-orders will take longer than the timeframe mentioned above. Please refer to the specific product information for the estimated delivery time and refer to the Backorder, Special Order and Pre-Order section below for more information.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines
Once your order has been shipped and is en-route to you, you will be notified via e-mail (see Track Your Order below for details). It is your responsibility to follow the whereabouts of your package. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign (for insurance purposes) for the delivery of your package. Should your package be damaged, you must indicate the specifics of the damage to the courier delivering the package prior to signing. If the damage is not recorded, the courier company will not honour insurance claims and ANDAJ will not be able to honour our Return policy.

Once the package has been signed for, it is considered that you have received the package and ANDAJ has met its obligation to deliver your ordered item(s) to you. Immediately unpack all content(s) of the package to ensure that you have received the correct item(s). If there are any discrepancies, damages or shortages, they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) and we will take necessary action to rectify the problem. Please note that if you do not immediately notify us of any damages or shortages, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.
